Show Notes Transcript

An interest in health and fitness that Brannen Dorman developed as a young kid eventually took him to Wheaton College, where he was a fullback on the football team; to coaching at schools in Florida; and now to Training Think Tank in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he helps athletes and others set fitness performance goals and plan how to achieve them. Though the world of fitness is “not a Christ-centric space,” Brannen has still found openings to talk about his faith, particularly with athletes who find themselves disillusioned by the win-at-all-costs attitude prevalent in sports—or just by modern life in general. Brannen talks with Paul Amos about the intersection between faith and fitness, as well as raising a family of faith, in this week’s podcast.
